Clients are welcome to collect their rug directly from our showroom in Brussels. This option allows you to view the piece in person, receive guidance from our team and confirm the final details before taking it home.
Delivery can be arranged depending on the size, value and destination of the rug. Because many of our pieces are unique, delicate or high-value items, delivery may be organized on a case-by-case basis to ensure appropriate handling and protection.
We can arrange delivery within Belgium and discuss international shipping options upon request. Delivery times, costs and available methods may vary depending on the destination, the selected piece and the level of care required for transport.
Delivery costs are not always included in the displayed product price unless explicitly stated. When applicable, shipping fees will be communicated before confirmation of the order or during the checkout process.
Upon delivery, clients are encouraged to inspect the package and the rug carefully. If the packaging appears damaged or if there is any issue with the delivered item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details.
